IF YOU struggle with pain, stress emotional distress, anxiety, depression or feel discontent with your life, you may want to pop along to an 8-week program coming up at Deloraine Day Centre.

Mindfulness has been shown to significantly help people coping with physical pain, emotional stress and distress.

The program will support people to learn the skills of Mindfulness through formal training and individual support to address specific needs.

Deloraine and District Community Health Social Worker, Libby Beyerle, will tutor the series of 8 free sessions to be held at the Deloraine Day Centre starting Thursday 24th September at 6pm.
