LEARNING ABOUT computers is not easy for everybody.  That is one of the reasons online centres were set up around the state over fifteen years ago.

Over the years many people have admitted that learning about computers has been scary for them.  The fear for new users continues even today.

Three times per year online centres with generous assistance from the state government and a partnership with TAFE are able to offer FREE 3-month beginner courses in computing known as ‘Computing Foundations.’

The learning environment is tailored as far as possible to meet each learner’s needs and teachers have lots of patience.
